Authorities canceled celebrations river

The government Baotian organize nationwide minute of silence in mourning for those who died in the plane crash in Champasak province on Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities have confirmed that the remains of 14 of the victims have been recovered so far, and identification efforts now underway.
